★ The printing unit is driven by a high-precision AC servo system, ensuring high speed and efficiency. The machine operates at speeds of 275 m/min, 350 m/min, 400 m/min, and 500 m/min. Optional configurations include single-servo, dual-servo, triple-servo, and full-servo setups.

★ With continuous advancements in printing technology, the advantages of flexographic printing have become increasingly prominent. The prints feature vibrant colors, high saturation, and longer plate life.

★ A variety of post-processing functions are available, including inline embossing, die-cutting, perforation, laminating, slitting, longitudinal cutting, and stacking. These can be integrated between the printing unit and the rewinding unit or operate independently from the printing line.

★ The machine is typically equipped with a high-precision servo plate-mounting system, enabling misalignment plate mounting for superior print quality.

★ Multi-servo configurations allow for shorter registration distances, improving print alignment, reducing paper waste, and minimizing material loss.

★ The entire machine is user-friendly. The Tianyi series features a dual-taper plate cylinder structure, making plate loading and replacement more efficient. Both anilox rollers and plate cylinders can be changed using auxiliary carts for easy operation. Mechanical stabilization devices for plate cylinders and anilox rollers ensure stable performance during high-speed printing.

★ The enclosed doctor blade system allows the entire assembly to be disassembled, cleaned, and replaced freely, reducing ink splatter and meeting the basic requirements for food and beverage packaging printing.

★ The non-stop unwinding and rewinding system enhances production efficiency, reduces raw material waste, and improves yield rates.

★ An optional soft packaging inline scanning inspection system can be added to accurately record each printed surface, ensuring consistent print quality during acceleration, deceleration, and reel changes.
